Re:Center Ministries operates several websites including thriftnthrive.org. It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Re:Center Ministries will not sell or rent to any third party any form of client or donor information without the consent of the client or donor (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case where failure to disclose information will lead to impending harm to the customer or others). This includes information originating from subscription of newsletters and use of Re:Center Ministries’ services.
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, Re:Center Ministries collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Re:Center Ministries’ purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use its website.
Re:Center Ministries also collects potentially personally identifying information that is collected by Google Analytics. The analytics feature Re:Center Ministries has implemented is based on Display Advertising (e.g., Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the Double click Campaign Manager integration, or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customer Display Network ads using Ads Settings.
Re:Center Ministries will not facilitate the merging of personally-identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information previously collected from Google Display Advertising features that is based on the DoubleClick cookie unless Re:Center Ministries has robust notice of, and the user’s prior affirmative (i.e., opt-in) consent to, that merger. Re:Center Ministries also collects potentially personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We only disclose logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that we use and disclose personally identifying information as described below.

Re:Center Ministries shall collect and use customer identifiable information for record keeping, provision of services, to solve problems associated with services, and to inform clients and donors of new programs or services that will better meet their needs. Re:Center Ministries will use customer identifiable information to promote programs and services to the client or donor, but will not sell or rent any client or donor identifiable information to any third parties seeking to market products. If a client or donor chooses not to participate in direct marketing of new programs and services from Re:Center Ministries, that client or donor’s information will not be used for the purpose of marketing new programs or services.
If you are a registered user of a Re:Center Ministries website and have supplied your email address, Re:Center Ministries may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with its organization and services. We primarily use social media to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. Re:Center Ministries takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information.

Re:Center Ministries has a variety of technologies and security features to ensure the privacy of client and donor information on its network. In particular, we have implemented strict operations guidelines to ensure client and donor privacy is safeguarded at all levels of its organization. Re:Center Ministries will continue to revise policies and implement additional security features as new technologies becomes available.

Re:Center Ministries will do its best to honor requests from donors for account information, for example, name, address, company, or donation information. The donor is responsible for ensuring the information on file with Re:Center Ministries is current and accurate.

Re:Center Ministries has zero tolerance for spam. Spam complaints will be dealt with seriously and should be reported to hillary@recenterministries.org.
